This subchapter does not give anyone immunity from civil or criminal antitrust liability. It also does not create any new defense against an antitrust lawsuit.
Nothing in this subchapter protects any person, partnership, corporation, or other entity from civil or criminal liability under antitrust law. It also does not create any legal defense to an antitrust lawsuit.
Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to convey to any person, partnership, corporation, or other entity, immunity from civil or criminal liability under any antitrust law or to create defenses to actions under any antitrust law.
