This subchapter aims to boost production and use of renewable energy. It also seeks to advance renewable energy technology. A third goal is growing U.S. exports of renewable energy technology and services.
This subchapter exists to promote three things: (1) producing and using more energy from renewable resources; (2) further developing renewable energy technologies; and (3) growing exports of United States renewable energy technologies and related services.
The purposes of this subchapter are to promote—
increases in the production and utilization of energy from renewable energy resources;
further advances of renewable energy technologies; and
exports of United States renewable energy technologies and services.
