HUD's Secretary had to study how well federal housing programs serve elderly families, disabled families, and families with children compared to their actual need. The Secretary had to report the results to Congress within one year of October 28, 1992.
The Secretary* of Housing and Urban Development had to study how much federal housing programs serve elderly families, disabled families, and families with children, compared with the need of eligible families in those groups. The Secretary had to send Congress a report on the study and its findings within one year of October 28, 1992.
The Secretary* of Housing and Urban Development shall conduct a study to determine the extent to which Federal housing programs serve elderly families, disabled families, and families with children, in relation to the need of such families who are eligible for assistance under such programs. The Secretary shall submit a report to the Congress describing the study and the findings of the study not later than the expiration of the 1-year period beginning on October 28, 1992.
