If this subchapter designates a nongovernmental organization or publication by name, a later name change does not affect that designation. The designation also applies to a successor organization or publication if the Secretary finds that it serves the purpose for which the designation was made.
If this subchapter designates a nongovernmental organization or publication by name, a change in that organization’s or publication’s name does not affect the designation. The designation also applies to a successor organization or publication if the Secretary* finds that the successor serves the purpose for which the designation was made.
Designation in this subchapter, by name, of any nongovernmental organization or publication shall not be affected by change of name of such organization or publication, and shall apply to any successor organization or publication which the Secretary* finds serves the purpose for which such designation is made.
