This section expands “contractor with the United States” to include subcontractors and subordinate subcontractors.
As used in this subchapter, “contractor with the United States” includes the contractor’s subcontractors and lower-level subcontractors. This section does not define “subcontractor” or “subordinate subcontractor.”
As used in this subchapter, the term “contractor with the United States” includes any subcontractor or subordinate subcontractor with respect to the contract of such contractor.
