This section defines three terms for the part: “Board,” “Chief Executive Officer,” and “Foundation.” Each definition points to the Foundation’s governing provisions.
In this part: (1) “Board” means the Foundation’s Board of Directors established under section 17352(c). (2) “Chief Executive Officer” means the Foundation’s CEO appointed under section 17352(b). (3) “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established under section 17352(a).
In this part:
The term “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Foundation established pursuant to section 17352(c) of this title.
The term “Chief Executive Officer” means the chief executive officer of the Foundation appointed pursuant to section 17352(b) of this title.
The term “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established by section 17352(a) of this title.
