42 U.S.C. § 1875 — Appropriations

Congress may appropriate only the amounts it authorizes by law so the Foundation can carry out its powers and duties. This section states that limit on appropriations.
To enable the Foundation to carry out its powers and duties, only such sums may be appropriated as the Congress may authorize by law.
