A federal research agency may satisfy this part's requirements using programs it already runs. These existing activities and programs must have been in place as of August 9, 2022. No new program is required if an agency's current work already meets the rule.
A federal research agency may satisfy the requirements under this part through activities and programs that already existed as of August 9, 2022. It does not need to create something new if an existing program already accomplishes what this part requires.
A Federal research agency may satisfy requirements under this part through activities and programs in existence as of August 9, 2022.
