The Office of Science and Technology Policy must establish or designate a blockchain and cryptocurrency advisory specialist position. The specialist coordinates Federal activities and advises the President on related research and development.
The Director* of the Office of Science and Technology Policy must establish or designate a blockchain and cryptocurrencies advisory specialist position within the Office to coordinate Federal activities and advise the President on matters of research and development relating to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and distributed ledger technologies.
