During the Delmarva Peninsula study, the Secretary may send interim reports through the President to Congress. A final report must be sent no later than six years after October 4, 1966.
During the study authorized by 42 U.S.C. §§ 1962d–7 through 1962d–11, the Secretary* may send the President interim reports for transmission to Congress. The Secretary must send the President a final report for transmission to Congress no later than six years after October 4, 1966.
During the course of the study and investigation authorized by sections 1962d–7 to 1962d–11 of this title, the Secretary* may submit to the President for transmission to the Congress such interim reports as the Secretary may consider desirable. The Secretary shall submit a final report to the President for transmission to the Congress not more than six years after October 4, 1966.
