This section says that sections 2161 through 2165 do not exclude applicable provisions of other laws, subject to the stated exception. It limits actions by Government agencies under those other laws.
(a) Sections 2161 to 2165 of this title must not exclude the applicable provisions of any other laws, except that no Government agency must take any action under such other laws inconsistent with the provisions of those sections.
(b) The Commission* has no power to control or restrict the dissemination of information other than as granted by this or any other law.
