By January 31 each year, the Secretary must send Congress an annual report on the social and economic conditions of specified Native peoples. The report must include recommendations the Secretary considers appropriate.
By January 31 each year, the Secretary* must prepare and send an annual report to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House. It must address the social and economic conditions of American Indians, Native Hawaiians, other Native American Pacific Islanders, including American Samoan Natives, and Alaska Natives. It must include recommendations to Congress that the Secretary considers appropriate.
The Secretary* shall, not later than January 31 of each year, prepare and transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives an annual report on the social and economic conditions of American Indians, Native Hawaiians, other Native American Pacific Islanders (including American Samoan Natives), and Alaska Natives, together with such recommendations to Congress as the Secretary considers to be appropriate.
