The President may make suitable Federal Government support functions available to the Corporation for its activities. This is allowed only when other applicable law does not forbid it.
The President may direct that suitable support functions of the Federal Government be made available to the Corporation for its activities under this subchapter, as long as doing so is consistent with other applicable law.
The President may direct that appropriate support functions of the Federal Government may be made available to the Corporation in carrying out its activities under this subchapter, to the extent not inconsistent with other applicable law.
