Getting family planning services or information funded under this subchapter is completely voluntary. Accepting or refusing these services can't affect a person's eligibility for any other program run by the same provider.
Accepting family planning services, or family planning or population growth information (including educational materials), that's funded — by grant or contract — under this subchapter must be voluntary. A person's choice to accept or not accept this help cannot be a condition for getting any other service* or help from, or taking part in any other program run by, the same organization or person who provided it.
The acceptance by any individual of family planning services or family planning or population growth information (including educational materials) provided through financial assistance under this subchapter (whether by grant or contract) shall be voluntary and shall not be a prerequisite to eligibility for or receipt of any other service* or assistance from, or to participation in, any other program of the entity or individual that provided such service or information.
