Subject to applicable law and available appropriations, every federal agency must use its powers and cooperate with the Secretary in the way that helps carry out this subchapter.
Subject to applicable laws and available appropriations, each federal agency* must exercise its powers, duties, and functions and cooperate with the Secretary* in a way that helps the Secretary carry out this subchapter.
In accordance with applicable laws and subject to the availability of appropriations, each Federal agency* shall exercise its powers, duties and functions, and shall cooperate with the Secretary*, in such manner as will assist the Secretary in carrying out this subchapter.
