This section addresses Limitation on amount of grant. It sets out the duties, permissions, limits, reports, definitions, and other rules stated in the section.
Grants made under section 3335 of this title for projects in any one State* must not exceed in the aggregate 15 per centum of the aggregate amount of funds authorized to be appropriated under section 3336(b) of this title.
Grants made under section 3335 of this title for projects in any one State* shall not exceed in the aggregate 15 per centum of the aggregate amount of funds authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 3336(b) of this title.
