No one may sue the United States or bring a claim against it for violating a notification requirement imposed by this subtitle or its amendments.
No cause of action exists, and no claim may be brought against the United States, for violating a notification requirement imposed on the United States by this subtitle or an amendment made by this subtitle.
No cause of action shall exist and no claim may be brought against the United States for violation of any notification requirement imposed upon the United States by this subtitle or any amendment made by this subtitle.
