The Administrator must keep the appropriate House and Senate committees fully and currently informed about every aspect of EPA environmental research and development.
(a) Reports to Congress. The Administrator* must keep the appropriate committees of the House and Senate fully and currently informed about all aspects of EPA environmental research and development activities.
(b) Omitted.
The Administrator* shall keep the appropriate committees of the House and the Senate fully and currently informed about all aspects of the environmental research and development activities of the Environmental Protection Agency.
