42 U.S.C. § 4370m–7 — Reports

(a) Reports. (1) For 10 years beginning November 15, 2021, the Executive Director^* must report to Congress by April 15 each year on the previous fiscal year’s progress under this subchapter. Each Council^* member, with input from the agency CERPO^*, may add comments about that agency’s performance. (2) The Executive Director^* must send Congress a quarterly report evaluating agency^* compliance, including implementation and adherence to each coordinated plan and timetable. (3) Each participating and lead agency^* must by April 15 annually send Congress and OMB a report assessing its implementation of Council best practices^*.

(b) Comptroller General. Within three years after December 4, 2015, the Comptroller General must report to Congress on agency progress consistent with Council best practices and agency compliance with the Executive Director’s schedules.
