42 U.S.C. § 655a — Provision for reimbursement of expenses

This section treats certain information-reimbursement expenses as expenses of administering a State child-support plan.
For purposes of section 655 of this title, expenses incurred to reimburse State* employment offices for furnishing information requested of such offices—
pursuant to section 49b(b) of title 29, or
by a State or local agency charged with the duty of carrying a State plan for child support approved under this part,
shall be considered to constitute expenses incurred in the administration* of such State plan.
