This section authorizes Commerce to evaluate whether resource-recovery facilities are commercially feasible. It also authorizes a database to help people choose a system.
The Secretary* of Commerce is authorized to evaluate the commercial feasibility of resource recovery* facilities and to publish the results of that evaluation, and to develop a data base for purposes of assisting persons in choosing that a system.
