This section addresses submission of comprehensive review. by January 15, 1982, the President must prepare and submit to the Congress a comprehensive review of each program of the Department.
by January 15, 1982, the President must prepare and submit to the Congress a comprehensive review of each program of the Department. Each such review must be made available to the committee or committees of the Senate and House of Representatives having jurisdiction about the annual authorization of funds, under section 7270 of this title, for such programs for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1982.
Not later than January 15, 1982, the President shall prepare and submit to the Congress a comprehensive review of each program of the Department. Each such review shall be made available to the committee or committees of the Senate and House of Representatives having jurisdiction with respect to the annual authorization of funds, pursuant to section 7270 of this title, for such programs for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1982.
