The Secretary must use NASA’s technology, management capabilities, equipment, and facilities as much as practical and make needed agreements with NASA’s Administrator.
The Secretary* must use NASA’s technological and management capabilities, equipment, and facilities as much as practical in carrying out this chapter and must make any additional agreements with NASA’s Administrator* needed for that purpose.
The Secretary* shall utilize the technological and management capabilities, equipment, and facilities of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to the maximum extent practicable in carrying out his duties under this chapter, and shall enter into such additional agreements with the Administrator* of such Administration as may be necessary for this purpose.
