Authorizes the Secretary to help Tooele City, Utah, build the Tooele Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Project, capping the federal share at 25 percent.
(a) Authorization: The Secretary, working with Tooele City, Utah, may help design, plan, and build the Tooele Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Project.
(b) Cost share: The federal share of the project's cost cannot exceed 25 percent of the total.
(c) Limitation: The Secretary may not fund the project's operation or maintenance.
The Secretary, in cooperation with Tooele City, Utah, is authorized to participate in the design, planning, and construction of the Tooele Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Project.
The Federal share of the cost of a project described in subsection (a) shall not exceed 25 percent of the total cost.
The Secretary shall not provide funds for the operation or maintenance of a project described in subsection (a).
