43 U.S.C. § 437 — Lands as to which entries made prior to June 25, 1910, have been relinquished

This is a short, technical provision about abandoned land claims tied to a federal irrigation project. Before June 25, 1910, some people had filed "entries" — legal claims to settle and receive government land. This section deals with entries that were "relinquished," meaning the claimant gave them up, either the whole claim or just part of it. Whenever that happened — whether it already happened before this law, or happens later — the land that was given up becomes available again. It goes back into the pool of land people can settle and claim under "the reclamation law," meaning the Reclamation Act and the irrigation-project rules that go with it. In short: giving up an old pre-1910 land claim doesn't remove that land from the program. It simply reopens the land so someone else can file a new claim on it, following the standard reclamation-law process.
