A properly certified copy of a Louisiana survey plat, or a certified transcript from the former Louisiana surveyor general's records, must be accepted as evidence in every U.S. and territorial court.
If a copy of a survey plat, or a transcript from the records of the former surveyor general of Louisiana, is duly certified, it must be admitted as evidence in every court of the United States and its territories.
Any copy of a plat of survey, or transcript from the records of the office of the former surveyor general of Louisiana, duly certified, shall be admitted as evidence in all the courts of the United States and the Territories thereof.
