The Director of the Government Publishing Office must provide applicants who give timely notice up to 250 copies of bills, reports, and documents. Applicants must pay in advance, and private printing may not interfere with Government printing.
If an applicant gives notice before the material goes to press, the Director of the Government Publishing Office must provide that applicant no more than 250 copies of bills, reports, and documents. The applicant must pay the printing price in advance. Printing private copies may not interfere with printing for the Government.
The Director of the Government Publishing Office shall furnish to applicants giving notice before the matter is put to press, not exceeding two hundred and fifty to any one applicant, copies of bills, reports, and documents. The applicants shall pay in advance the price of the printing. The printing of these copies for private parties may not interfere with the printing for the Government.
