Executive departments, bureaus, and offices must annually give the Superintendent of Documents public documents they no longer need for official use, for distribution or sale.
Public documents that accumulate in executive departments, bureaus, and offices and are not needed for official use must be turned over each year to the Superintendent of Documents for distribution or sale.
Public documents accumulating in the several executive departments, bureaus, and offices, not needed for official use, shall be turned over to the Superintendent of Documents annually for distribution or sale.
