This section establishes the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress. The Committee follows chapter 10 of title 5, but is permanent.
(a) There is established the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress (later in this chapter referred to as the Committee). (b) The Committee must be subject to the provisions of chapter 10 of title 5, except that the Committee must be of permanent duration, notwithstanding any provision of section 1013 of title 5 .
