(a)

There is established the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress (hereafter in this chapter referred to as the Committee).

(b)

The Committee shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 10 of title 5, except that the Committee shall be of permanent duration, notwithstanding any provision of section 1013 of title 5.
