This section requires the Congressional Record indexes to be prepared and printed. It states who prepares them and how they are distributed.
The Director of the Government Publishing Office must prepare the semimonthly and the session index to the Congressional Record. The Joint Committee on Printing must direct the form and manner of its publication and distribution.
