The Secretary must provide Academy cadets with required uniforms, textbooks, and transportation allowances when traveling under cadet orders.
The Secretary must provide cadets all required uniforms and textbooks, plus transportation allowances, including travel-expense reimbursement, when they travel under orders as cadets.
The Secretary of Transportation shall provide cadets at the United States Merchant Marine Academy*—
all required uniforms and textbooks; and
allowances for transportation (including reimbursement of traveling expenses) when traveling under orders as a cadet.
