The Secretary of Transportation may supply the decorations and medals authorized under this chapter. The Secretary may also replace those medals, and medals issued under earlier laws.
The Secretary of Transportation may provide (1) the decorations and medals authorized by this chapter, along with replacements for them, and (2) replacements for decorations and medals issued under an earlier law.
The Secretary of Transportation may provide—
the decorations and medals authorized by this chapter and replacements for those decorations and medals; and
replacements for decorations and medals issued under a prior law.
