47 U.S.C. § 1430 — Annual report to Congress

(a) No later than one year after February 22, 2012, and each year after that, the Authority must submit an annual report covering the preceding fiscal year to the appropriate congressional committees. (b) The report must include (1) a comprehensive, detailed report on operations, activities, financial condition, and accomplishments under this section, and (2) recommendations or proposals for legislative or administrative action the Authority considers appropriate. (c) Board^* members and employees must be available to testify before the committees about (1) the subsection (a) report, (2) an audit under section 1429, or (3) another matter the committees consider appropriate.
