47 U.S.C. § 404 — Reports of investigations

After the Commission investigates a matter, it must write a report. The report states the Commission's conclusions and its decision, order, or requirement. If the Commission awards damages, the report must also explain the facts behind that award.
Whenever the Commission investigates something, it must write a report about it. The report must state* the Commission's conclusions, along with whatever decision, order, or requirement the Commission makes as a result. If the Commission awards damages in the matter, the report must also include the facts the Commission relied on to make that award.
Whenever an investigation shall be made by the Commission it shall be its duty to make a report in writing in respect thereto, which shall state* the conclusions of the Commission, together with its decision, order, or requirement in the premises; and in case damages are awarded such report shall include the findings of fact on which the award is made.
