A person who transmits obscene or otherwise constitutionally unprotected material over a cable system may be fined under title 18, imprisoned for up to two years, or both.
A person* who transmits over a cable system* material that is obscene or otherwise not protected by the United States* Constitution may be fined under title 18, imprisoned for no more than two years, or both.
Whoever transmits over any cable system* any matter which is obscene or otherwise unprotected by the Constitution of the United States* shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
