This chapter does not authorize aliens to acquire title from the United States to public lands. It also does not change the laws governing disposal of those public lands.
Nothing in this chapter may be interpreted in any way as authorizing aliens to acquire title from the United States to any United States public lands. Nothing in this chapter may in any way affect or change the laws governing disposal of United States public lands. This section does not define "aliens," "title," or "public lands."
This chapter shall not in any manner be construed to authorize aliens to acquire title from the United States to any of the public lands of the United States or to in any manner affect or change the laws regulating the disposal of the public lands of the United States.
