For appointments made on or after May 10, 1967, the President must appoint the High Commissioner of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands with the Senate’s advice and consent.
Any appointment made on or after May 10, 1967 , to the office of the High Commissioner of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands must be made by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
Any appointment made on or after May 10, 1967, to the office of the High Commissioner of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands shall be made by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
