After June 30, 1954, Federal funds may not be used to administer the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands unless a law specifically authorizes that use.
After June 30, 1954, no funds appropriated by an Act, and no funds available or later available from any source, may be used to administer the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands unless a law specifically authorizes it.
After June 30, 1954, no funds appropriated by any Act and no funds which are available or which may become available from any source whatever shall be used for administration of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, except as may be specifically authorized by law.
