Under the Secretary's rules, interested people must get reasonable notice of certain transportation proceedings. They must also get a chance to join in and take part. This applies to proceedings covering transportation under subchapter I of chapter 135.
Under regulations the Secretary* issues, anyone with an interest in a proceeding under this part — where the proceeding involves transportation* covered by subchapter I of chapter 135 — must get reasonable notice of that proceeding, and a chance to step in and take part in it.
Under regulations of the Secretary*, reasonable notice of, and an opportunity to intervene and participate in, a proceeding under this part related to transportation* subject to jurisdiction under subchapter I of chapter 135 shall be given to interested persons.
