This section authorizes specific amounts for the Secretary of Transportation’s capital grants. It authorizes amounts for fiscal years 2009 through 2013.
The following amounts are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for capital grants under this chapter: (1) $100 million for fiscal year 2009; (2) $300 million for fiscal year 2010; (3) $400 million for fiscal year 2011; (4) $500 million for fiscal year 2012; and (5) $600 million for fiscal year 2013.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for capital grants under this chapter the following amounts:
For fiscal year 2009, $100,000,000.
For fiscal year 2010, $300,000,000.
For fiscal year 2011, $400,000,000.
For fiscal year 2012, $500,000,000.
For fiscal year 2013, $600,000,000.
