49 U.S.C. § 41501 — Establishing reasonable prices, classifications, rules, practices, and divisions of joint prices for foreign air transportation

Every air carrier and foreign air carrier must set fair prices, classifications, rules, and practices for foreign air transportation. When carriers share a joint price, they must split it reasonably. No carrier can be treated unfairly in how that split is made.
Every air carrier and foreign air carrier must set, follow, and enforce (1) reasonable prices, classifications, rules, and practices for foreign air transportation, and (2) for joint prices set for foreign air transportation, a reasonable division of those prices among the carriers involved, without unreasonably favoring or hurting any one of them.
Every air carrier and foreign air carrier shall establish, comply with, and enforce—
reasonable prices, classifications, rules, and practices related to foreign air transportation; and
for joint prices established for foreign air transportation, reasonable divisions of those prices among the participating air carriers or foreign air carriers without unreasonably discriminating against any of those carriers.
