49 U.S.C. § 48105 — Weather reporting services

To sustain the aviation weather reporting programs of the Federal Aviation Administration, the Secretary of Transportation may expend from amounts available under section 48104 of this title not more than the following amounts:
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, $35,596,000.
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, $37,800,000.
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, $39,000,000.
$39,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023.
$60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
