49 U.S.C. § 5568 — Authorization of appropriations

This section authorizes specified maximum appropriations for rail-terminal programs and keeps those appropriations available until spent.
(a) General. Up to $15,000,000 may be appropriated to the Secretary for section 5562(a)(1) and (3) of title 49; up to $2,500,000 for section 5562(a)(2); and up to $2,500,000 for section 5562(a)(4). (b) Availability of Amounts. Money appropriated for this chapter remains available until spent.
The following amounts may be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation:
not more than $15,000,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(1) and (3) of this title.
not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(2) of this title.
not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(4) of this title.
Amounts appropriated to carry out this chapter remain available until expended.
