Oaths to witnesses. The section states the duties, permissions, requirements, or penalties described in the section.
The Director of the Office of Personnel Management, and representatives whom the Director authorizes, may administer oaths to witnesses in matters before the Office.
The Director of the Office of Personnel Management and authorized representatives of the Director may administer oaths to witnesses in matters pending before the Office.
