The Comptroller General can access financial disclosure reports filed under this subchapter to carry out the Comptroller General's own duties. Starting by December 31, 1992, and regularly after that, the Comptroller General must study whether this subchapter's rules are working effectively.
(a) Access to financial disclosure reports: The Comptroller General has access to financial disclosure reports filed under this subchapter, for carrying out the Comptroller General's statutory duties.
(b) Studies: No later than December 31, 1992, and regularly after that, the Comptroller General must study whether this subchapter's provisions are being carried out effectively.
The Comptroller General shall have access to financial disclosure reports filed under this subchapter for the purposes of carrying out the Comptroller General’s statutory responsibilities.
Not later than December 31, 1992, and regularly thereafter, the Comptroller General shall conduct a study to determine whether the provisions of this subchapter are being carried out effectively.
