The Director shall, no later than April 30 of each year in which the second session of a Congress begins, submit to the Congress a report containing—

(1)

a summary of the actions taken by the Director during a 2-year period ending on December 31 of the preceding year in order to carry out the Director’s functions and responsibilities under this subchapter; and

(2)

such other information as the Director may consider appropriate.
