By April 30 of each year when a new Congress's second session begins, the Director must send Congress a report. The report must summarize what the Director did over the prior two years to carry out this subchapter's duties, plus any other information the Director thinks is useful.
No later than April 30 of each year in which the second session of a Congress begins, the Director must submit a report to Congress. The report must include (1) a summary of what the Director did during the 2-year period ending the prior December 31 to carry out the Director's functions and responsibilities under this subchapter, and (2) any other information the Director thinks is appropriate to include.
The Director shall, no later than April 30 of each year in which the second session of a Congress begins, submit to the Congress a report containing—
a summary of the actions taken by the Director during a 2-year period ending on December 31 of the preceding year in order to carry out the Director’s functions and responsibilities under this subchapter; and
such other information as the Director may consider appropriate.
