This section lets a preference eligible who resigned ask to have the person’s name placed again on qualified registers. The name is placed in the order specified by section 3313.
A preference eligible who resigns, on request to the Office of Personnel Management, is entitled to have his name placed again on all registers for which he can have been qualified, in the order named by section 3313 of this title .
