A negotiated rulemaking committee ends when the final rule is issued unless its charter or an earlier decision ends it sooner.
A negotiated rulemaking committee ends when the final rule under consideration is issued, unless its charter sets an earlier date or the agency, after consulting the committee, or the committee itself sets an earlier date.
A negotiated rulemaking committee shall terminate upon promulgation of the final rule under consideration, unless the committee’s charter contains an earlier termination date or the agency, after consulting the committee, or the committee itself specifies an earlier termination date.
