This section lets the parties to an arbitration take part in choosing the arbitrator. The arbitrator must be neutral and meet the requirements in section 573.
(a) The parties to an arbitration proceeding are entitled to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. (b) The arbitrator must be a neutral who meets the criteria of section 573 of this title .
