The Office of Personnel Management must issue rules to administer this subchapter. When appropriate, those rules must be consistent with Labor Department rules under title I of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
The Office of Personnel Management must issue regulations needed to administer this subchapter. To the extent appropriate, those regulations must be consistent with the Secretary of Labor’s regulations carrying out title I of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
The Office of Personnel Management shall prescribe regulations necessary for the administration of this subchapter. The regulations prescribed under this subchapter shall, to the extent appropriate, be consistent with the regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor to carry out title I of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
